Located in an old industrial area, this 14 feet high space was a blank slate. The rustic and the industrial feel of the existing space was to be retained keeping in mind the brief. The design is primarily dominated by the light conditions, accessibility and a close knit system, network and functioning of this office. This process and chain of working is used as the key factor in zoning and designing. The process involved detailed analysis of the existing system leading to a careful and articulated planning of the space.
The central zone of the space, designed to be an amphitheatre, not only carved out a congregation space but also became the access way to the mezzanine level designed to create an additional workspace. The desk space is placed to the left of the amphitheatre whereas the individual cabins are on the right.
